What a lovely service i am sad that nowon spoke of the Tuscany Project which is where myself and several others from Melbourne new Sue. I met her in Tuscany, then New Zealand where she did an amazing rendition of a Romany wailing song sending us all into hysterical laughter. Sue and i worked on the Aussi Tuscany project together. In my time of need she somehow new and offered her home in Hastings for nothing as she did not have guests booked in, it was a great week away with my mum, her friend and two dogs. I was very grateful to her. It was wonderful and often disorganised knowing Sue. XxxLinda

What a wonderful celebration to honour Sue and her extraordinary life. She was such a beautiful soul. Sue sang like and angel, just like her gorgeous niece Ruby Rose did today. We will always remember her warm smile, her laughter and her big bear hugs. She was a ray of sunshine and will always be in our hearts.
Sending all our love and deepest sorrow

What a beautiful tribute to an amazing woman!
Thank you Michael for sharing it so we too could farewell Sue.
Love Beth and Pete.
Dearest Michael and family, I wish you all the strength and warmth that you need in this time. Sue was a memorable and amazing person. I really knew her best in the Sydney days in the late 80’s and we partied together. And hung out, and there were walks with the dog(s). She was an amazing memorable person and I am so glad I met her. And glad that I could share her cocktail party virtually. Hugs Jo Matheson x
Such a beautiful service and celebration of Sue’s life, sending much love and deepest sympathy to you all.

So pleased we could attend Susan’s celebration of life via the link.
We will be celebrating with our own Champagne in hand.
Thinking of the Great times we had with our Tourism friends.
Hugs & Kisses
Dear all, I knew Sue through Linda; we had a running joke that Sue was Linda’s number 1 best friend and I was number 2! I never fought for the gold medal because I was clearly no match for the glory that was Sue. Once, when one of my friends fell ill, Sue crocheted a rainbow teapot holder to cheer her up. She never met my friend yet contributed to her healing anyhow. What an outstanding human being. I want Sue to know that I’m going to take care of her best mate to the best of my ability until they reunite again. Huge love to all. Jules and Mal x

Dear Michael, Ashleigh and Kate,
Sue brought laughter, wit, grace and adventure into any situation. She helped me enormously when I first arrived in Australia and shaped my life with her generosity. Oh, we had such fun! She really was one of a kind and I am smiling just thinking of her, her big laugh and the mad, happy things we did. I am so grateful for those times. With my heartfelt condolences and love, Jax

The service will be at dawn in the UK: close to mid summer. Sue was like a mid summer dawn in dark days. She made me feel better.
