  12. Tegan was the kindest, most caring person and she really did love unconditionally.

I’m deeply saddened today but hearing all of the stories & memories, remembering the time I had with her, and seeing how much of a beautiful full life she has lived has made me laugh, smile cry but all in all just grateful that I had known her in this lifetime, she truly was such a beautiful person.

  14. To Tegan’s family and friends, so sorry for your loss, my condolences to you all. I met Tegan during bootcamp and remember her infectious smile. Gone too soon, rest in peace.

  15. I had the pleasure of meeting Tegan as one of my students on placement at the The Bays hospital, only recently. I was her facilitator.
I thought you would like to know that after meeting Tegan I quickly sore what a gentle, caring, easy going lady she was.
So as my father was coming into hospital to have his procedure I chose Tegan to care for my father. She admitted him into the ward, followed him into theatre, then all the way back to high dependency unit and onto the ward. My dad has vascular dementia and has the type of humour & behaviours that require a special sort of person be able to care for him and manage him and Tegan was definitely that person. Tegan thought he was so funny & treated him with much kindness but most importantly joined in on his jokes which for most just drives us crazy.
I will be forever grateful for how Tegan cared for my father. She was a wonderful, caring, fun student nurse to have with us on the wards. What a beautiful sole we have lost too soon. I send my sincere condolences to all the family and friends during this difficult time.
    Kind regards
    Jenny Thorne
